- Warranty Claims: If an Account is found to be non-functional (e.g., banned, locked, or not providing the advertised features) immediately upon delivery, the user must notify hotmail101.xyz within a specified period (e.g., 24 hours) to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Exclusions: The warranty is void if the account is banned, locked, or otherwise disabled due to the user's actions after successful delivery, including, but not limited to:
- Sending high volumes of emails (spamming).
- Violating the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy of the original email service provider (e.g., Microsoft/Outlook).
- Using automated tools or bots in a manner that violates the provider's terms.
- Failure to properly configure email clients or mailer tools.
- Limitation of Liability: hotmail101.xyz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service or the Products.
5. Refunds and Replacements
- Eligibility: Refunds or replacements are only provided for Accounts that are proven to be non-functional at the time of delivery, provided the user reports the issue within the specified warranty period (e.g., 24 hours).
- No Refunds for Misuse: No refunds or replacements will be issued for accounts that become disabled or locked due to the user's operational practices or violation of the underlying service provider's terms, as detailed in Section 4(c).
6. Modifications to Terms
hotmail101.xyz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
